Graphite high-temperature vacuum furnace heat treatment temperature

05-23-2025       Author: KJ technology

The heat treatment temperature range of graphite high-temperature vacuum furnace is usually between 1100 ℃ and 3000 ℃, depending on the equipment model, purpose and design. The following is a detailed explanation:

Common temperature range: The heating temperature of most graphite high-temperature vacuum furnaces is between 1600 ℃ and 2000 ℃, which can meet the needs of most vacuum sintering and vacuum brazing processes. For example, the vacuum graphite atmosphere high-temperature furnace adopts a graphite heating system, which can achieve a stable working temperature of up to 1600 ℃ and is suitable for high-temperature processes such as metal sintering and ceramic heat treatment.

Higher temperature range: Some high-end vacuum furnaces can be heated to 2100 ℃ or even 2300 ℃. Some specially designed industrial vacuum furnaces can reach a maximum temperature of 3000 ℃ in the metal hot zone and 2200 ℃ in the graphite hot zone under vacuum environment. They are suitable for special processes that require extremely high temperatures, such as melting and heat treatment of high-temperature alloys, synthesis of ultra-high temperature ceramics, etc.
