Introduction

The split, large, touch-screen-controlled hydraulic lift furnace is a new energy-saving, environmentally friendly electric furnace developed and manufactured independently by our company using advanced technology. The charge table can be raised and lowered, and the electrically operated pull-out mechanism facilitates material loading and unloading, improving work efficiency. This equipment features an elegant appearance, advanced and rational structure, and simple and convenient operation. The exterior is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate using precision CNC machine tools and finished with a luxurious, attractive two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. It is heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting.

This furnace offers advantages such as a uniform temperature distribution, a double-layer heat-resistant furnace body with a surface temperature close to room temperature, and an adjustable heating rate. The furnace chamber is constructed using imported high-temperature composite fiber material using CNC technology, offering strong thermal shock resistance, strong resistance to rapid cooling and heating, excellent corrosion resistance, and a long service life without collapse, crystallization, or slag. It is pollution-free and has a long service life.

In addition, through our independently developed control software, the furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control, furnace start-up and shutdown, temperature program setting and storage, and historical curve viewing and printing.
