A high vacuum brazing machine is a device used for precision welding in a vacuum environment. Its core principle is to use the vacuum environment to remove gases and impurities from the welding area, prevent material oxidation at high temperatures, and achieve high-quality welding. 1. Working principle

The high vacuum brazing machine extracts air from the furnace through a vacuum pump system, creating a high vacuum environment (generally up to 10 ⁻ Pa level). Subsequently, the workpiece to be brazed is heated together with the brazing material to a temperature range higher than the melting point of the brazing material but lower than the melting point of the base material. At this point, the base material remains in a solid state, and the liquid brazing material is filled into the joint gap of the workpiece by capillary action. Through mutual diffusion with the base material, metallurgical bonding is formed, ultimately achieving high-strength connection of the workpiece.


2. Equipment composition

Vacuum system: composed of vacuum pump, vacuum valve, vacuum gauge, etc., responsible for extracting gas from the furnace and creating a high vacuum environment.

Heating system: Using high-quality heating elements and precision temperature control technology to ensure temperature uniformity inside the furnace and meet the brazing temperature requirements of different materials.

Workpiece processing system: installed on the pressure vessel door, used to support metal workpieces for heat treatment or brazing, including a device that rotates the workpiece during the processing.

Intelligent monitoring and program control module: supports precise execution of multi-stage heating insulation curves, achieving automated control of the welding process.


3. Technical advantages

High welding quality: Vacuum environment can avoid oxidation reactions, reduce the oxide layer of welding joints, and maintain surface quality. The brazing material has good wetting and flowability, and can weld complex and narrow channel devices, improving product yield.

Strong material adaptability: suitable for connecting various heterogeneous materials such as aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper, copper alloy, stainless steel, alloy steel, low carbon steel, titanium, nickel, as well as welding non-metallic materials such as ceramics, graphite, glass, diamond, etc.

Good process stability: The internal structure and fixtures of the furnace have a long service life, which can reduce maintenance costs. The heating temperature is low, the deformation of the workpiece is minimal, the joint is flat and beautiful, and the sealing is good.

High production efficiency: It can achieve automated control and improve production efficiency. At the same time, multiple adjacent brazing seams can be brazed at once, or multiple components can be brazed in the same furnace to improve brazing efficiency.
