The system consists of a tubular heating furnace, a vacuum system, and an air cooling system. 1. The furnace chamber insulation is made of polycrystalline fiber, which offers excellent thermal insulation, durability, high tensile strength, no impurities, and high purity, resulting in significantly better energy-saving performance than domestic fiber materials.
2. The entire furnace body utilizes a double-layer liner structure with an air gap in between. Even at furnace temperatures as high as 1100°C, the surface remains safe to the touch and not scalding.
3. The furnace tubes are made of quartz, which is resistant to extremes of cold and heat.
4. The temperature control system utilizes a touchscreen interface and AI-controlled regulation, featuring PID control and self-tuning functions. 30 programmable temperature ramps are available, and data can be stored and exported.
5. The high-vacuum system features a molecular pump, achieving a maximum vacuum of 5 x 10-3 Pa, and a composite digital vacuum gauge.
6. The gas system includes two mass flow meters and a flow display, enabling precise measurement and control of gas flow.
