This vacuum brazing machine is a special welding equipment designed for superhard tools and wear-resistant parts. It uses high vacuum (≤10⁻³ Pa) or controlled atmosphere environment, combined with precision temperature control (up to 1200℃) and pressure system to achieve high-strength connection between PCBN and cemented carbide substrate.

Oxidation-free brazing: vacuum environment avoids high-temperature oxidation of materials and ensures pure interface.
High-precision temperature control: multi-stage program temperature rise (±1℃ accuracy) to match the melting characteristics of brazing materials (such as Ag-Cu-Ti).
Pressurized brazing: optional axial pressure (0~10 MPa) to improve the density of the brazing seam.
PLC Control, SCR heating, touch panel, automatic implement after simple setting with easy temperature control. The machine is fully automatic and once loaded,the cycle time is approximately 70-120 minutes.
