Common faults and solutions of pressure sintering furnace
1. Abnormal temperature control
Insufficient temperature rise
Reason: The power supply is not connected properly, the heating element is damaged, the temperature setting is incorrect, or the PID parameters are unreasonable.

Check the power lines and switches to ensure normal power supply.
Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the heating element, determine if there is an open or short circuit, and replace it if necessary.
Re calibrate the temperature sensor to ensure accurate temperature setting.

Temperature too high or out of control
Reason: Temperature control system malfunction, continuous heating of heating elements, sensor calibration error.

Uneven pressure
Reason: The contact surface between the indenter and the mold is not parallel, and there is a deviation in the installation of the mold.

Check the flatness and parallelism of the indenter, and if necessary, grind and repair it.
Ensure that the mold is installed correctly and the center lines of the upper and lower molds are aligned.
3. Vacuum degree issue
vacuum loss
Reason: Poor sealing of the furnace body (such as aging sealing rings, loose pipeline connections), vacuum pump failure, and blockage of vacuum system pipelines.
