Introduction

The external heating vacuum furnace is also called a hot wall vacuum furnace. It is mainly composed of a furnace tank, heating elements, insulation materials, furnace doors, exhaust systems, temperature control systems and other parts. The furnace tank is made of alloy, has good sealing performance and high temperature resistance, and can withstand a certain pressure;. The vacuum system uses a mechanical pump, a diffusion pump group, a high vacuum butterfly valve, a vacuum gauge, a vacuum vent valve, a vacuum pipeline, etc., and has a charging interface. In order to reduce the vibration of the furnace body, a metal bellows is used to connect the vacuum pipeline to the pump, and the vacuum measurement is measured by a composite vacuum gauge. This vacuum furnace is suitable for high-temperature hot forming of new materials such as powder metallurgy, functional ceramics, silicon carbide, and alumina. It is mainly used for bright annealing of high-speed steel, die steel, tool steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other materials after quenching, eliminating residual internal stress after quenching of forgings, welded parts, cold stamping parts, and workpieces, and preventing deformation and cracking of workpieces.
