What is the temperature of vacuum heat treatment furnaces used in laboratories?

05-21-2025       Author: KJ technology

The temperature range of laboratory vacuum heat treatment furnaces is wide, and common temperature ranges include:

1.1100 ℃ -1600 ℃: The temperature range of some vacuum furnaces is between 1100 ℃ and 1600 ℃, suitable for vacuum heat treatment processes that are not particularly sensitive to temperature.

2.1600 ℃ -2000 ℃: The heating temperature of most vacuum furnaces is between 1600 ℃ and 2000 ℃, which can meet the needs of most vacuum sintering and vacuum brazing processes.

3. Above 2000 ℃: Some high-end vacuum furnaces can be heated to 2100 ℃ or even 2300 ℃, and these furnaces are usually used for special processes that require extremely high temperatures, such as melting and heat treatment of high-temperature alloys. The standard equipment using graphite heating has a working temperature of 2200 ℃ and a maximum temperature of 3000 ℃.
