Introduction


Atmosphere brazing furnace is a heat treatment equipment that performs brazing in a controlled protective atmosphere (such as nitrogen, argon, hydrogen or mixed gas). By precisely controlling the atmosphere and temperature in the furnace (up to 1200°C), it effectively prevents the workpiece from oxidizing and ensures the high quality and reliability of the brazed joint.


Brazing of metal components: suitable for high-strength connection of precision parts such as stainless steel, copper alloy, titanium alloy, such as radiators, heat exchangers, electronic components, etc.


Carbide welding: brazing of carbide and steel matrix of tools and molds to improve wear resistance and service life.
