The daily maintenance of the box type vacuum muffle furnace is crucial for the performance, lifespan, and safety of the equipment. The following are some of the main maintenance measures:
Appearance cleaning: Regularly wipe the surface of the furnace body with a clean soft cloth to remove dust, stains, and debris, and maintain a clean appearance. Avoid using sharp or hard tools to avoid scratching the furnace body.
Furnace cleaning: After each use, promptly clean the debris and dust inside the furnace. For stubborn stains, appropriate cleaning agents (such as neutral solvents) can be used for wiping, but care should be taken to avoid the cleaning agents coming into contact with heating elements and electrical components.
Heating element inspection: Regularly check whether the connection of the heating element is loose, and tighten it in a timely manner if there is any looseness. At the same time, observe whether there is any damage, breakage or aging on the surface of the heating element. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure heating uniformity and efficiency.
Vacuum system maintenance
Vacuum pump maintenance: Regularly check the oil level of the vacuum pump to ensure that it is within the normal range. If it is insufficient, add vacuum pump oil in a timely manner. According to the user manual of the vacuum pump, regularly replace the vacuum pump oil, usually every 500-1000 hours of operation. At the same time, check the tightness of the belt of the vacuum pump and adjust it if it is loose.
Vacuum pipeline and valve inspection: Check whether there is any air leakage in the vacuum pipeline. Soap water can be applied to the pipeline connection for inspection. If bubbles are generated, it indicates air leakage and needs to be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. Check whether the vacuum valve is flexible in opening and closing. If there is any jamming or poor sealing, it should be repaired or replaced.
Temperature control system calibration: Regularly calibrate the temperature control system using standard thermometers and furnace thermometers for comparison. If there is a deviation, adjust the parameters of the temperature control system in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy of temperature control.
Sealing maintenance of furnace door: Check the integrity and elasticity of the sealing rubber ring of the furnace door. If there is aging, deformation or damage, the rubber ring should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the sealing of the furnace door and prevent air leakage from affecting the vacuum degree and atmosphere inside the furnace.
Electrical system inspection: Regularly check whether the wiring of the electrical system is secure, whether there are loose, aged or damaged wires. Check whether the electrical components inside the distribution box are working properly. If there are any abnormalities, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner to ensure the electrical safety of the equipment.
Regular no-load operation: Even if the equipment is not used for a long time, regular no-load operation should be carried out to ensure that all components of the equipment are properly preheated and operated, which helps to extend the service life of the equipment and check whether the equipment is working properly.
