Temperature of vacuum gas quenching furnace

11-10-2025       Author: KJ technology

The temperature range of a vacuum quenching furnace is usually between 650 ℃ and 1350 ℃, depending on the equipment model and design. Here are some temperature parameters and descriptions of typical equipment:

Universal vacuum quenching furnace:

Rated temperature: 650 ℃

Temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃

Features: Suitable for precision heat treatment processes that require high temperature uniformity, it can accurately control temperature within the range of 100 ℃ to 650 ℃.

High pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace:

Maximum operating temperature: 1300 ℃ (some models can reach 1350 ℃)

Typical working temperature: 1250 ℃

Features:

Adopting a high-pressure inert gas (nitrogen/argon) quenching system to achieve rapid cooling control.

Uniformity of temperature field ≤ ± 5 ℃, meeting the requirements of precision heat treatment process.

Equipped with multi-level temperature control program, supporting gradient temperature rise and fall process curve setting.

Vertical bottom loading vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace:

Rated heating temperature: 1300 ℃

Features:

Suitable for heat treatment of long rod-shaped parts, shafts, and plate parts.

Variable cooling technology, supporting longitudinal jet cooling or 360 degree circumferential cooling.

Horizontal high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace:

Maximum furnace temperature: 1350 ℃

Features:

Suitable for vacuum bright quenching of materials such as tool steel, mold steel, high-speed steel, etc.

Configure a 360 degree nozzle jet cooling system or an external heat exchanger circulation cooling system for the furnace body.
