Vacuum furnace ceramic material annealing

Vacuum furnace plays a key role in preventing oxidation, improving material density and properties during annealing of ceramic materials. 1. Annealing principle

3. Application scenarios

Electronic Ceramic Annealing: Used for annealing electronic ceramic materials to improve their electrical properties and reliability.

Annealing of transparent ceramics: such as annealing treatment of YAG transparent ceramics, eliminating oxygen vacancies and residual stresses, and improving optical properties.

Industrial ceramic annealing: used for annealing treatment of industrial ceramics to improve the mechanical strength and wear resistance of materials.
