Customized vacuum annealing furnace

Customized vacuum annealing furnaces require personalized design based on specific process requirements. The following are the key parameters and functions to consider when customizing:


1. Selection of furnace structure

The horizontal structure is suitable for rod type parts and can reduce heat treatment deformation. Its furnace cover adopts a pneumatic locking design to ensure bidirectional sealing of positive and negative pressure; Vertical structure saves more floor space.

Effective space dimensions such as 400 × 400 × 600mm or 1000 × 1000 × 1200mm should be selected based on the size of the processed workpiece.

2. Temperature control parameters

The maximum operating temperature covers the range of 650 ℃ to 1300 ℃, and the temperature threshold for material annealing process needs to be clearly defined.

The temperature uniformity requirement is ≤± 5 ℃, and ultra clean nickel chromium heating elements and stainless steel insulation screens are used to achieve high-precision temperature control.

3. Vacuum system configuration

The ultimate vacuum degree needs to reach the level of 4 × 10 ⁻¹ Pa to 8 × 10 ⁻⁴ Pa, equipped with a molecular pump or diffusion pump combination system.

The pressure rise rate should be ≤ 0.5Pa/h, and a fully metal sealed structure should be used to ensure long-term vacuum stability.

4. Heating and cooling system

Heating elements can be selected from nickel chromium strips or resistance wires, with power configurations ranging from 50kW to 300kW.

The cooling system needs to have a fast internal circulation function, with a cooling pressure of up to 2Bar, to shorten the process cycle.

5. Automation control system

Configure a touch screen interface that supports calling process program libraries, real-time/historical curve recording, and fault alarm functions.

Optional remote diagnostic system to achieve "zero" response time for after-sales service.

6. Safety protection design

Set up a safety interlock device to automatically cut off power when the vacuum or temperature is abnormal.

Equipped with multiple safety mechanisms such as over temperature protection, over-current protection, and leakage protection.

7. Customization options

Convection heating devices can be configured based on material characteristics to improve heating uniformity during the low-temperature stage.

Provide a special atmosphere interface that supports the introduction of protective atmospheres such as nitrogen and argon.

The conveying mechanism can adopt chain or roller conveyor design to adapt to different workpiece shapes.
