The working temperature range of vacuum aluminum brazing furnace varies depending on the model and purpose. The common temperature ranges and characteristics are as follows:
1. Conventional temperature range:
The maximum working temperature of most vacuum aluminum brazing furnaces is between 650 ℃ and 750 ℃, for example, some models can reach a maximum temperature of 750 ℃, while the actual commonly used working temperature is 650 ℃.
The temperature range for aluminum brazing is relatively narrow, generally between 595 ℃ and 615 ℃, so strict requirements are placed on the uniformity of furnace temperature, usually not exceeding ± 3 ℃.
2. High temperature model:
Partial vacuum aluminum brazing furnaces can achieve higher working temperatures, such as 1700 ℃, suitable for special high-temperature brazing needs.
Some high-temperature vacuum brazing furnaces can reach a maximum temperature of 1600 ℃ and are suitable for brazing materials such as aluminum, copper, nickel, stainless steel, etc.
3. Temperature uniformity:
The uniformity of furnace temperature is an important indicator of vacuum aluminum brazing furnace, generally required to be between ± 3 ℃ and ± 5 ℃.
Large vacuum furnaces typically adopt a heating design with 6 to 12 zones to ensure temperature uniformity.
4. Temperature control accuracy:
The temperature control accuracy of high-end vacuum aluminum brazing furnaces can reach ± 1 ℃, meeting the high-precision brazing requirements.
