What is the maximum temperature that a vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnace can reach?

05-27-2025       Author: KJ technology

The maximum temperature of a vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnace varies depending on the type of equipment, heating elements, and design specifications. Common maximum temperature ranges include:

1.1600 ℃ to 1800 ℃:

The vacuum graphite atmosphere high-temperature furnace adopts a graphite heating system, with a conventional working temperature of up to 1600 ℃, suitable for high-temperature processes such as metal sintering and ceramic heat treatment.

Vacuum atmosphere box furnaces can usually provide high-temperature heating, with a maximum temperature of 1800 ℃ in air, suitable for materials that require high-temperature processing, such as metals, ceramics, glass, etc.

2.2000 ℃ to 2200 ℃:

The maximum operating temperature of some high-temperature vacuum furnaces can reach 2000 ℃, which is suitable for processes such as high-temperature annealing and high-temperature solid solution treatment. It plays an important role in improving material properties and extending service life.

The maximum working temperature of the vacuum atmosphere hot pressing sintering furnace can reach 2200 ℃. Through a 13 ton hydraulic pressure system, materials such as hard alloys, functional ceramics, and powder metallurgy can be hot pressed and sintered.
