What are the temperature ranges of industrial vacuum heat treatment furnaces?

05-21-2025       Author: KJ technology

The temperature range of industrial vacuum heat treatment furnaces covers multiple ranges, as follows:

1. Low temperature range: The minimum operating temperature can reach 200 ℃, suitable for some special low-temperature heat treatment processes, such as low-temperature annealing and low-temperature quenching.

2. Medium temperature range: usually between several hundred degrees Celsius and one thousand degrees Celsius, suitable for heat treatment of various materials, such as annealing and tempering of metal materials.

3. High temperature range: The maximum operating temperature can reach up to 2000 ℃, including multiple options such as 1200 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1600 ℃, 1700 ℃, 1800 ℃, etc. The heat treatment process at high temperatures includes high-temperature annealing, high-temperature solid solution treatment, etc., which are important for improving the performance of materials and extending their service life.

4. Ultra high temperature range: Some high-end vacuum furnaces can be heated to 2100 ℃ or even 2300 ℃. These furnaces are usually used for special processes that require extremely high temperatures, such as melting and heat treatment of high-temperature alloys. There are even industrial vacuum furnaces with a maximum temperature of up to 3000 ℃, with the metal hot zone reaching a maximum temperature of 3000 ℃ and the graphite hot zone reaching a maximum temperature of 2200 ℃.
