Common faults of high vacuum hot pressing furnaces include insufficient vacuum degree, abnormal temperature, hydraulic system failure, vacuum pump failure, poor sealing, etc. The following are specific fault manifestations and solutions:
1. Insufficient vacuum degree
Possible reasons: vacuum pump malfunction, aging or damage of vacuum seals, leakage, inaccurate display of vacuum gauge, aging of vacuum gauge, aging of diffusion pump oil, blockage of vacuum system pipelines, etc.
resolvent:
Check the operation of the vacuum pump and clean or replace it if necessary.
Check and replace aging seals.
Use a vacuum leak detector or other methods to inspect and repair the leak points.
Proofread the vacuum gauge to ensure its accuracy.
Replace the vacuum gauge or diffusion pump oil.
Clean up impurities and foreign objects in the vacuum system pipeline to ensure smooth flow.
2. Abnormal temperature
Possible reasons: damage to heating element, control system malfunction, thermocouple malfunction, poor contact of power cord, relay malfunction, incorrect controller settings, etc.
resolvent:
Check the connection and resistance of the heating element, repair or replace damaged heating elements.
Check and calibrate the control system to ensure its proper functioning.
Replace or reconnect the faulty thermocouple.
Check the connection of the power cord to ensure good contact.
Replace the faulty relay.
Check the settings of the controller to ensure that the parameter settings are correct.
3. Hydraulic system malfunction
Possible reasons: hydraulic oil leakage, oil pump failure, poor cylinder sealing, etc.
resolvent:
Check the hydraulic oil level and promptly locate and repair any leaks.
Check the working condition of the oil pump and repair or replace it if there are any problems.
Check the sealing components of the oil cylinder to ensure they are intact and undamaged. If the sealing is poor, replace the sealing components.
4. Vacuum pump malfunction
Possible reasons: decreased performance of the vacuum pump, fuel injection of the vacuum pump, wear or breakage of the vacuum pump coupling, etc.
resolvent:
Regularly inspect and maintain the vacuum pump, including replacing pump oil, checking the flexibility of rotating parts, cleaning the filter screen, etc.
If the performance of the pump still cannot be restored, it may be necessary to consider replacing the vacuum pump.
Re stretch and insert the O-ring of the suction valve to prevent the vacuum pump from spraying oil.
Replace the worn vacuum pump coupling.
5. Poor sealing
Possible reasons: aging, damage, or improper installation of furnace body seals.
Solution: Regularly inspect the sealing components of the furnace body, such as O-rings, door seals, etc. Once aging, hardening, or damage is found, they should be replaced immediately. At the same time, ensure that all locking devices are evenly stressed when closing the furnace door to avoid leakage caused by uneven stress.
