What is the processing temperature for vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnace?

05-27-2025       Author: KJ technology

The processing temperature range of vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnace is relatively wide, and the processing temperature can vary from low temperature to high temperature according to different application requirements, heating elements and design specifications. Specifically:

1. Low temperature range

The minimum operating temperature of a vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnace can reach 200 ℃, which is mainly used for some special low-temperature heat treatment processes, such as low-temperature annealing and low-temperature quenching.

2.Medium temperature range

Usually between several hundred degrees Celsius and one thousand degrees Celsius, this temperature range is suitable for heat treatment of various materials, such as annealing and tempering of metal materials. For example, the rated temperature of some vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnaces ranges from 600 to 1800 ℃, and the medium temperature part can meet the requirements of such processes.

3. High temperature range

The maximum operating temperature of a vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnace can reach up to 2000 ℃ or even higher. The heat treatment processes at high temperatures include high-temperature annealing, high-temperature solid solution treatment, etc. These processes are important for improving the performance of materials and extending their service life. Specifically:

Vertical vacuum furnace: Temperature categories include 1000 ℃, 1200 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1600 ℃, 1700 ℃, 1800 ℃ and other options, and these temperature settings can be adjusted according to specific application needs.

Vacuum graphite atmosphere high-temperature furnace: using graphite heating system to achieve a stable working temperature of up to 1600 ℃, suitable for high-temperature processes such as metal sintering and ceramic heat treatment.

Vacuum atmosphere box furnace: usually capable of providing high temperature heating, reaching up to 1800 ℃ in air, suitable for materials required for high temperature processing, such as metals, ceramics, glass, etc.

High temperature vacuum atmosphere reactor: capable of achieving high temperature treatment at 30-3000 ℃ under high vacuum or pure hydrogen atmosphere conditions of 1 × 10 ⁻⁶ mbar, mainly used in precision experiments and process development in the field of materials science.

Vacuum atmosphere hot pressing sintering furnace: The maximum working temperature can reach 2200 ℃, and through a 13 ton hydraulic pressure system, it can perform hot pressing and sintering on materials such as hard alloys, functional ceramics, and powder metallurgy.

High temperature vacuum furnace: It can reach a maximum temperature of 2000 ℃ in a vacuum or atmosphere environment, and can process samples with a maximum size of 150mm × 200mm. It also supports multi-layer placement to improve processing efficiency.
